Swamy demands government's apology over Anna's arrest

Chennai, August 18 (ANI): Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy on Thursday said the ruling Congress government should apologise to anti-graft campaigner Anna Hazare for putting him and his supporters behind bars. Swamy slammed the central government, while addressing mediapersons in Chennai, for preventing Hazare and his supporters to go on hunger strike on August 16 at J.P. Narain Memorial Park. He further slammed the prime minister for his role in tackling the issue
