Indian shares seen rising after six-day slide

Mumbai, August 10 (ANI): Indian shares are set to snap a six-day slide and rise on Wednesday as Asian shares rebounded after the U.S. Federal Reserve stepped in to stem a global equity rout. State-run refiner Indian Oil Corporation will be watched as the company reports quarterly results. Automakers will also be on the radar as industry sales data for July is expected to be released soon. Major Asia indexes gained between 1-3 percent after U.S. shares rose as the Federal Reserve made an unprecedented pledge to keep interest rates near zero for at least two years, stemming a global equity rout for the time being
