New Delhi, August 20 (ANI): As Anna Hazare's protest in Ramlila Ground enters second day today, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said government is in favour of strong and effective Lokpal. Reacting to Team Anna's demand of passing the bill by 30th August, Singh said there is a 'dynamic' in the legislative process which takes time. He added, all the parties should work together to push for a 'strong and effective' bill and remove the 'obstacles' in the way
